- Information: We strive to be the “most helpful” brand by providing clear guidance. However, olfactory experiences are subjective. Descriptions are intended to guide, not guarantee, a specific personal reaction.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Since we offer Free Shipping nationwide, the price you see on the product page is the final price, subject to any applied discounts.
3. Orders & The Confirmation Process
- The Confirmation Call: In line with our “no guesswork” policy, every order placed on our website is subject to a mandatory confirmation call.
- Order Validity: An order is only considered “Accepted” once our team has verbally confirmed the details with you over the phone. If we are unable to reach you after [Insert Number, e.g., 3] attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Origin: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Lahore.
- Timelines: While we provide estimated delivery windows (1–5 business days), these are not guaranteed. Momento is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened.
- Damaged Goods: If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will facilitate a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Coupons & Promotions
- Promotional codes (such as the “New Customer” offer) are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Momento reserves the right to void any discount if we believe the code was obtained or used via unauthorized or fraudulent means.
