Standard Promotion Policies
To keep things simple, the following policies apply to all Momento offers and coupons:
- One Code at a Time: Only one discount code or promotional offer can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be “stacked” or combined.
- Automatic Free Shipping: Remember, all orders at Momento include Free Nationwide Shipping. This applies automatically at checkout and does not require a coupon code.
- Cash on Delivery: All promotional discounts are valid for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders. The discount will be reflected in the final invoice confirmed during your confirmation call.
- Modification of Offers: While we aim for consistency, Momento reserves the right to update or end specific promotions. However, once your order is confirmed via our confirmation call, your price is locked in.
